If there are any issues with a package on arrival or signs of damage we must be notified immediately.
In the rare event a parcel does not arrive or goes missing we will require up to 7 days to properly investigate with the relevant courier before considering any further action.
International Shipping -
Depending on the value of goods being shipped we will either use DHL Express or Fedex via our industry leading shipping broker.
Fedex deliveries will be processed using E Cleared customs to speed up the process and may require documentation completing and sending to us prior to dispatch. All shipments to the US will require a Watch Worksheet (completed by Orologium) and a 5106 Import form completed by the purchaser/importer. The 5106 form is an important document required by US Customs to allow shipments to private individuals and must be completed correctly with the relevant information required.
It is normal practice and course of international business that individuals purchasing and importing goods into their country pay the Taxes, Duties and Tariffs relating to the import and remain ultimately liable. Failure to pay these will result in refused delivery and extra charges.
Shipping worldwide is a very smooth process when the correct guidelines are followed. Failure to comply with the necessary requirements for importing goods into your own country may result in further delays to shipping times, parcels being held by customs officers, extra charges and potential for loss of goods or parcel return.
It is the buyers responsibility and strict legal requirement to provide the correct requested information for their import. Any charges, fees, re-import taxes or re-shipping costs resulting in a buyers failure to properly comply will be charged to the buyer. Orologium also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 30% to cover these costs, future courier and customs penalties, administrative charges and loss of business.
