The Rolex Wimbledon refers to the special dial available in the Datejust 41 that has bright green surrounds on the numerals, echoing both the iconic green of Rolex and the green grass courts of the famous tennis tournament. Whilst never officially released as a Wimbledon edition the Datejust with this dial is predominantly used in the advertising, promotion and sponsorship Rolex have at the tournament and became even more closely linked when Roger Federer was seen wearing the model on several occasions and at the Wimbledon award ceremonies.
